Terrible, no staff just one person who is very busy...I believe each open busines should have some one to answer questions. First I could not make change of my 10 in their machine. Second I pay in touchless machine and waited for 15 min till I called the office to send me someone. Finally, I choose the brush machine which broke my plate number . I drove home and notice that my plate number is missing, so I drove back and found it the floor. What the hell is today's events.
Here's a new scam they have running. I rinsed my car there maybe fifteen minutes ago. Drove home to find a blob of their soap leaked from above as I got in my car( I heard it before I drove away) So you finish your cycle and go to leave. And soap drops on your car. You get out deposit the ridiculous amount of 2 for your 1.5 minutes just to rinse your car for five seconds! No wonder I don't come here anymore. Not to mention the homeless population growing around the block. Hanging around picking through the garbage. Nice business plan Wash World
