Arlene, one of the employees here, is THE only reason I stayed with TD. She has always been kind and friendly where others at this and other branches have FAILED. We need more people like her!!!

I deal with TD Canada Trust banks in two cities and in Wasaga Beach. The staff at this Branch are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They are willing to work with you to answer questions and explain banking areas you may not know. Wonderful staff. I am very happy to deal with this branch.
I have been dealing with TD for approx 37 years. I have had NOTHING but issues with them for the past few months. My mom banked with them just as long, if not longer, at the same branch no less!! I have been trying to settle her estate and close her tiny chequeing account for 10 months now. TD has given me excuse after excuse, reason after reason as to what hoop I need to jump through next to make this happen. The latest reasoning is a name change from her married name back to her maiden name. I had to pay for a sworn affidavit that she was who is actually on the account. Now, they're saying that a sworn affidavit is not enough!! So.. why did you request I go take your form and go through the hassle of getting it done and paying for it?!? They just keep giving me the run around and I'm sick and tired of the BS. I would warn anyone thinking of banking with them, to think twice. This isn't the bank I've known and loved for years.. I am apparently a complete stranger, so is/was my Mom and having been clients for almost 4 DECADES means NOTHING!! I will be pulling all of my business out of TD Canada Trust and taking it somewhere else! RBC had my Mom's accounts settled less than 3 weeks after she passed away!!! Unfrigginbelievable!!! The only reason you even deserve one star is because Arlene is the most amazing person at the branch!!!
