Our group had an amazing stay! Lots of room for activity, bbq on site, fire pit and volley ball court in the front yard! Dog friendly. There’s also a variety store, pizza and iced cream within minutes walk. Beach 3 is also about 5 minute walk and is a dog friendly beach with very nice water, the park area has tons of seating and benches and a indoor washroom! The owners were a great help and would answer any questions promptly. I recommend this place by far! One the better places I’ve been and I’ve been coming to Wasaga for 10 years!

Amazing experience at this cottage. Very clean and convenient location, 4min walking to the beach. We had our own BBQ and fire pit. Super thankful to Matt, Scott and Chris they were great hosts during our stay.
Amazing place in wasaga for a great price. Just got back from a week holiday. Everything needed in the cottage, volleyball court, great fire pit, and super close to beach area 3. We would go hang out at the beach, leave out stuff there walk back to the cottage for lunch and go back. So easy for a great holiday. Water was clear and beautiful. Walked to the main beach one day. A bit of a hike but nice walk. Drove up to the main beach once as well. Great Ice cream shop and pizza joint both within walking distance. Owners are great guys. Easy to work with, friendly and take care of the place well. Can’t say much else but will definitely stay there again the next time we go up to wasaga.
The cottages is very clean and beautiful, the owner is very human and he wanted us to have a nice stay
No bedding, no pillows, no towels, one roll of toilet paper for 7 people. Cheap owner says it's because of Covid.
