Many items not on the shelf. No rain checks on two day sale. They don't bring enough supply for there two day sale. They want consumers to be lured into there store on two day sales, but can't over the items. Shame on shoppers drug mart. I have stopped supporting shoppers drug mart stores. This kind of behavior is not the kind of store I will be back to.

Wonderful staff, especially Kelly in cosmetics. She is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and she has a terrific sense of humour which we all need in these trying times. Kelly had wonderful suggestions for Christmas gifts for my wife. This will always be my 'go to' store for so many things!

The SDM in Wasaga does not offer photo printing services as shown on Google. Also, a promotion for 10,000 PC Optimum points for the purchase of a Bass Pro gift card did not show up at point of sale. The cashier advised me that I should call them if it didn’t show up after a few days. It’s been a few days and no points. That’s not a very good promotion. Inconvenient. False advertising in a way.

After a terrible experience at the Collingwood location on July 25, 2020, I visited the Wasaga Beach location in order to have a prescription transferred from a Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto. The pharmacist on duty, Manthan, was very kind, courteous, and helpful. He called the Toronto pharmacy on the spot to initiate the transfer and my prescription was ready to pick up a couple hours later. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!

They were very busy today at cash so I asked a girl stocking shelves to help me, she told me to go ask someone else and then walked away. She was rude, unhelpful and unkind!
