Water is nice. But sand beach is gone, as you can see at pictures. Plus because of covid19 they let only 50 percent of capacity, but you still can get the place to have fun.

It was cold. The beach was under water. Probably it was not a good time to visit Wasaga.

Hadn't been back since the water levels rose and the waves have taken their toll. This beach isn't what it used to be. Beach 5 used to have about 50 to 100 feet of sandy beach between the grass and the water. No longer. In some places this is now just 10 to 15 feet, with a mini bluff above. Work has been done to slow the erosion toward beach 4. I hope the water returns to its former level but I wonder if it would be the same. Warm water and nice waves though as always. But with reduced depth of beach the it gets congested more easily and earlier even with the closure of parking lots due to covid.
