Terrible! Run from this company! For 2500 dollars for a a exterior man door new build garage, the ultra ordinary doors leak, The solution from their team is to rebuild. Are you frickin kiddin? Horrible. Next there isn't any follow up service at all. Run from this company! They don't return phone calls or in person requests for service. Unreal!!!

The two men that installed my bay window were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves ,they were very polite .I would definitely use them again.
Rob and his team are great. We ordered the KV sliding door, and are extremely happy with our new door but more importantly, super impressed with Rob's excellent knowledge of product, customer service, fair pricing and great patience with me and all my questions! Thanks Rob - I highly recommend going to see Rob if shopping for doors and windows!
PRO-FIT Window & Door was amazing right from the start. Starting with the sales call from Sean Mackenzie, followed by when Rob Avis who came out to do the final measure of my new windows to make sure they were gonna fit in the opening properly, right through to the install with Jim and his helper Pablo. The whole process was quick and painless and everyone involved with the company were very professional. Thank you PRO-FIT Window and Door for all your hard work!
The finishing touches around the windows, was shoddy They came back to correct it. It was better, but the calking was still crooked.
