We just purchased a new hot tub (Dynasty Santiago) through Tim @ Warehouse Guys. He was extremely knowledgeable on what tubs to recommend for our use, and space - and what dimensions were required to fit it into our deck. The installation team did a great job of tucking the tub into a very difficult dropped in space. Unfortunately we got unlucky and there was a manufacturing defect in one of the waterlines; within an hour of letting them know the Owner (Chris) called me to setup the repair - and we were lucky enough to have it fixed within 24 hours (this all happened over the weekend too!) They truly care about customers after they make the sale! Highly recommend!

Chose them over another hot tub company since they were 3k less for essentially the same product. Faster install as well. Knowledgeable staff also use them for pool closing in autumn.
Fantastic! We bought an above ground pool, fence and heater. Bryan was great and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly. Communication was excellent all around. Nigel and the guys who did our installation were friendly and professional and did a great job! Very pleased with our experience!! Nigel exceeded all of our expectations for service and attention to detail during installation of the pool and all of the after care service he has provided so far. The construction of our pool was completed quickly and flawlessly. We knew every step of the process, all of the work was completed on time and Nigel answered all of our questions. We absolutely love our pool and are thankful for Nigel’s patience, good nature and absolute professionalism. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!
The technician came for less than 10 minutes. Read the screen on the hot tub and gave us the diagnosis. They charged separate for trip charge and labour way too expensive for what they did and the time spent. Would not recommend it.
The Warehouse Guys installed a pool and landscaped the backyard to finish it off. We are very pleased with the end job. The communication along the way was great. Guy and the team from Warehouse Guys exceeded our expectations!
