Great hill for a quick day of skiing! We went for a full day and used the Wapiti Groupon for 65 for all four of us! Totally worthwhile if you want to just get a quick trip in. It's really close to Prince Albert (1 hour away) and worthwhile. They also have great snacks at the chalet and there's also vegetarian MEAL options! Woo!
This is a great local hill. The staff are friendly and helpful. The chalet is cozy and warm with lots of reasonably priced concession/ restaurant food. However, if you are a snowboarder and are hoping for a train park, don't be misled by the pictures on the website. There has been VERY little effort put into the train park. But if you're just looking for nice trees ski runs you'r will enjoy this local hill.
Place is beautiful, nice for skiing and everything can be rented there.
This was our first time out, but had been recommended that we try it. The kids and I had a really fun day of skiing. It felt a little smaller than Table mountain, but the trees and terrain gives you some unique runs in Saskatchewan. My kids loved the smaller, well marked jumps spread throughout the runs. They've asked to go back again soon. It was a fairly busy day, and my one suggestion would be to improve the chairlift queueing. It helped when a second staff member came out to guide people into groups of 4, but some better fencing, gates, and an added lift staff would improve the efficiency and cut down on queue jumping.
Really good place to snowboard or ski!! Have really good hills and service for those who rent. The lift is extremely slow but the hill makes it worth it and it’s not normally to extremely busy except on weekends. Really small bunny hill for anyone learning as well.
Highly recommend this ski resort. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything ran very well. Super organized from the lifts to the restaurant. Definitely going back! Very family friendly.
Great ski resort and staff are super friendly! I love this place and have been going over 10 years. Definitely recommend trying Wapiti out if you haven't!
