Cool old Heritage property right next to a conservation area.

Walked the Lorne Spicer trail this past weekend as we always do on mothers day. Was very disappointed with up keep, numerous trees down across trails and walkway bridges with boards missing ( one had been repaired by replacing missing board with 2 rotted tree branches) is there not budget for up keep.
