Decent selection however, Staff have little knowledge on the products and they only ever have 1 cashier open causing the line to be backed up to the back of the store. Massive parking lot for their 2 tills, with only 1 ever being open. They also seem to consistently have 5 staff working with 1 till open.

I was in Wallaceburg Home Hardware the other day looking to buy interior paint. There was a blond lady who was to be a paint expert. This expert had me totally confused as to what type of paint to buy. She was quite proud of herself that she was a good painter and knew all about paint. Rather then explain to me the pros and cons of paint she literally had something negative to say about all the paints on the shelves!!! I walked out with a headache and totally confused. Next day I went to Canadian Tire in Wallaceburg and what a different positive experience.
