Great service upfront , very kind and considerate and very professional!! I would be leaving 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pharmacy and their lack of knowledge and respect to customers . Other then the pharmacy this is a great location ! Thanks for the great service

On Monday July 6/20 I called in to arrange for a prescription pick up on Tuesday. I was asked if I could pick up the prescriptions on Wednesday which I agreed to. On Wednesday i went to Shoppers to pick up my prescription. The owner /Pharmacist Delynne Marlatt went to get my prescription. Delynne started to go through drawer after drawer in the entire area for 10 minuets and couldn't find my prescriptions. At one point she said to herself \I 'll get a 2nd set of eyes to help me find the prescriptions\!!! Finally Delynne finds my prescriptions. I commented to Delynne in a negative way that she \has quite the filing system for customers filled prescriptions\. Later in the evening at home I was putting away the 2 prescriptions when I noticed one prescription bottle was very lite. I looked at the label and it said 90 tablets. When I counted the tablets there was only 7 pills!!!! I went back to Shoppers next day and asked for the owner Delynne. I was told she'd be in at 10am. As it was close to 10am I sad I'd wait. While sitting waiting I could hear the Pharmacy staff continually apologizing to customers for one thing or another (seems like a lot mistake being made). At 10 :15 am another Pharmacist came over and said there was a mistake (another one) and the owner wouldn't be in till 2pm. I asked the Pharmacist to please have Delynne call me when she arrives. It didn't surprise me that I didn't get a call back. I've dealt with a few Shoppers Drug Marts in different cities in the past where I lived and this one in Wallaceburg is the most unorganized one I've ever seen. My main concern is that there will me a mix up in prescriptions dispensed and someone is going to very sick as a result of the pharmacy being unorganized. Owner Delynne you should be ashamed of yourself on how you run a business that deals with customers health.
