Wall Centre Dental is hands down the best dental clinic I have ever been to. The staff members are professional, efficient, and most importantly, kind. Though I live far from the clinic, I still regularly go to Wall Centre Dental to experience such exceptional service.

I always have a great experience here, they are quick and efficient but still thorough. They have all of the current covid measures in place now so I always feel safe when getting my teeth cleaned as well.

I wanted to give 0 star, but I thought I should be fair. Been to this place multiple times few years past, they are organized and the dental hygienists for cleaning I came across are all really great. They do a thorough job. The doctors are alright, they have expertise but are typical with trying to get unnecessary procedures done in order to get the most out of your insurance money. What prompt me to write this is review is from my inquiry call today to the front desk about a service. I currently don't have extended health coverage so I'm spending straight from my pocket, and it will be expensive as I expect it to be. This receptionist couldn't sound more bored and insensitive, she provided less than basic service as a receptionist with answering questions and responded couple of times \I don't know what else to tell you\ when I politely inquired options with payment plans or other suggestions. She was robotic and bored of seeing my type of patients show up not being able to afford the cost. Here is note to management: be cautious with who you put on your front desk, or pay attention to their attitudes towards customers when they get too comfortable with their jobs. From what I can tell, I am not the first to raise an eyebrow with some of your front desk staff. These people put a face to your company, and you can lose customers if they represent you badly. It is a shame that you qualified hygienists/dentists loose customers because of a poorly qualified receptionist.
I’ve been Wall Center Dental’s patient for years now.The whole team at the office is very professional and yet friendly.They make you feel very comfortable.When Dr.Reskovich sold his practice I was a bit skeptical about Dr.Roshan.But I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist.Thank you so much Dr.Roshan for taking great care of my whole family.
