dr. Sadia rashid was my family doctor she messed up my case with thyroid when she forgot something even when i asked her explicitly and later i had to suffer. She is polite i like her as a person but not as a doctor as I won’t rely on her anymore.

Extremely unprofessional and weird doctors and staff. Talked over the phone with Dr. Huma Naveed early November 2020 as i wanted to sign up for a family doctor. She did the over the phone appointment and told me to call back to get a doctor sign up form from the receptionist as they were out. it is now March 2021 and after more than 4 months, every time i call the receptionist says the same thing, we have no forms yet call back in a few weeks. Where is this form coming from? is the form walking its way over from back home? you cant get a form in 4 months. People have to see a doctor and you are wasting time. stop playing games it is not back home. Get with the times, this is Canada. Go elsewhere. these guys are scam. they only choose a select few patients they WANT to see. You are fraud all staff and doctors. talk to me if you have the guts.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. So you don't even get time to see the doctors. They ask you to call back, rather than calling back, and mostly don't respond to calls. Selecting this clinic for family practice and family physician for my new born has been a night mare. They have never entertained an urgent request for appointment. It has never appeared that we have a family doctor there. Comparing them with the level of service we have received at other clinics, their service is quite sub - standard. Just today, we went for the vaccination of our child for one year and they are asking to come with appointment and that there is no availability for more than a week. Don't understand their mentality and what state of mind they are in. One thing these clinics and staff need to understand is that time is important for everyone not just them and the doctors. Just saw a response from the owner that actually is not based on facts. I didn’t even talk to the staff face to face- my wife did. It was not a new born vaccination and family doctor always has the record. There is another specialist doctor regularly checking my daughter. Can’t believe you’ll get that low rather than apologizing. I complained about the staff not the doctors. Every professional and profession is respectable and requires dedication and hard work to reach the desired level of competence and professionalism.
