I was directed to try this place for a replacement part by another local shop. What an awful experience, after walking in and explaining my situation, and what I was after, the woman behind the desk, just blew up at me saying I needed xy and z, this information clearly was not available to me as I brought in the exact piece I needed replaced. She was very rude and wasn't going to be bothered with even trying to help me. I'll never return to this place for anything.

Great service, in person and over the phone. They assisted me in identifying the correct size belt for my "Frankenstein'd" snowblower, when no one else could.
Should be open on Saturdays..What's up with that?..only time some of us can purchase anything due to being at work all day all week.
