I've ordered 1 Korean Pine from them and it arrived very healthy and in good shape. I planted it and sadly it didn't survive. I can't blame it on them because I planted it in full sun without knowing it needed to be protected from full sun until fully established, like a regular sapling in the forest. They offered me a replacement tree and I'll take good care of it when I plant it next season.

Great plants, and good selection. I had a few questions about the trees I purchased before and after I ordered. Both times I found their customer service was excellent.

I purchased 12 trees from Rhora's Nut Farm and Nursery in 2015. Their selection is good, but the service and quality are poor. About 25% of the trees sent were smaller than the minimum size indicated for the range that I paid for. In addition, two of the trees were wrapped so tightly that their bark was stripped and cut during packing/shipping. The roots were tiny and dried. After following all instructions for pre-soaking, 4 of them still died. When I contacted the owner by email asking for replacement or refund they refused to answer. They also require all shipments to play a flat rate for shipping and claim they will refund any unused portion, but never send a receipt for shipping costs or offer any refund. UPDATE- Around a year after my experience, Mr. Rhora got in touch and offered to refund the cost of the trees which died. He was polite and true to his word.
