The guys in Campbell River are top notch and really know their stuff. Unfortunately when the company was sold some one had the bright idea of making all the calls go threw Vancouver. Its bloody awful now. I've started using Newline Nanaimo because they let you deal directly with the guys who can help. To bad Wainbee screwed up a good thing. I hope head office reads this and fires the person who had the idea for this remote call center.
