We were fortunate to come across a pre-owned V60CC after test driving an A4 Allroad. The Volvo was so much better and Thomas made us an offer we couldn't refuse. 2 days later and Thomas was staying late to explain all the controls. Really good service. All well done. We bought our first Volvo here. We flew in to Vancouver just for the vehicle. It was a stressful day, but our sales agent (Victor Lin) was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions (via email, by phone or text messages). He was prompt, easy going, informative and professional. He even bought us lunch. He did his best to make the day and the travel easy for us. There was a slight problem with a door handle, but we were driving the car home anyways and due to the fact we do not live in Vancouver, he contacted another Volvo dealership and they were happy to resolve the issue at Vancouver dealership's cost. Jordan Schornagel was helping us in the finance department. He was professional and very patient with us, especially with my never-ending questions about extended warranty, insurance and anything I wasn't sure about or didn't understand.
