Before making a decision on my car I visited a few dealerships around the Toronto area, and VW Villa stood above all. This was largely due to the customer service from Brandon from the sales team. He was a pleasure to deal with, as he goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable before making this important decision. I was so happy that I have my first German car (das auto) finally. Thank you Vincent Lee, one of the dealers from this 4s shop. Actually, I first time I came here and try Tiguan 2020, I decided to process my purchase here. Vincent was professional, patient (as I always asked many silly questions ) and helpful. The other staffs including receptions were nice and friendly. The finance officer Lisha was nice and high-efficiency, she only cost a day to process all financial things. The shop was clear and bright and they did well in safety. Also, they provide shuttle for customers. They offer good deal especially Black Friday-0 interest and 0 down payment for 72 months package ends Nov 30. I was lucky that I catch this offer.
I have recently leased a 2021 Atlas. The truck is great!! While I will admit there have been issues with my infotainment system, my sales person Brandon has been going above and beyond to rectify and solve the issues I have been having. The service and communication from Brandon has been 10/10. He has been following up with me often to make sure my car has been running smoothly. Volkswagen Villa is a great dealership to get your next new car. I purchased this 2020 VW Passat Highline. A big thank you to Vincent Lee, who from the moment I walked into the show room handled my questions and concerns with patience. Vincent worked really hard for me to get into the right vehicle at the right price. He explained each vehicle I was interested in from performance to features and which vehicles would fit my budget.
