Made an appointment to test drive a car, received confirmation, spoke to an agent, AND confirmed through text. Drove almost an hour, only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle in question was sold. All they did was look at me and shrug. Don't waste your time, and pick a dealer that cares more about its clients.

They were great! Had car troubles on my way through Montreal, so I stopped in. They took great care of me! Rushed the work since they knew I was heading to the Maritimes that day. I'd definitely do business with them again!
Very rude director of this place. Double read the information of the guarantee in this place. The inspection shows things wrong in the cars and they dont fix them.

Do not go to this place for service. They charged me 40 for improper wheel balance. The steering vibration got worse right after they did the wheel balance, so I went to the other VW dealership in ontario (I was on a trip so I couldn't go back to the place and I thought I could get reimbursed from VW canada) and they told me the balance was improperly done. They told me \You have to take off all the weights and re attach them\. Not just adding the weights. VW canada declined my request of 40 credit. It's not the money that makes me mad, it's how you do your job properly. Please don't rip off the customers.
