My wife and I had a fantastic experience when shopping for a new vehicle with Robert at VW Richmond Hill. We were open and honest about our intentions of testing/looking at other brands and at no time were we pressured into the sale of a vehicle. After careful consideration, we elected to purchase a 2021 VW Atlas Execline R-Line from VW Richmond Hill. Robert made the process very easy, was very professional and provided a thorough overview of the vehicle in the showroom (which was more or less identical to the vehicle we purchased) as well as our new vehicle upon pick up. I highly recommend Robert and VW Richmond Hill if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I've been to this dealership a couple of times and recently leased a Jetta 2019 for a good price. It's a nice place and they have a coffee machine and cozy waiting area. James and Bridget helped me finding the car and through the whole process they were very professional and understanding.

Check out how quick they are to respond to a negative review. If they were this quick to book me in for a quick repair, a simple chip wouldn't spread to become a crack. Chip repair turned into windshield replacement. But as they say, the back end pays for the front. They would rather have you wait so you replace a windshield as opposed to fixing a chip. Response to their update: it's interesting that you mention that it isn't a quick process to get a windshield repaired and yet Martin Grove VW was able to schedule me in the day after I called. All taken care of through my plan and even a rental car provided. Literally everything taken care of within 24 hrs. But with you guys it's a \process\. Notice the difference in service?
