I normally never post any reviews but I felt the need to do so for VW Lachute. What great service from my first call in, to delivery of my new 2021 VW Atlas. Normand my representative was a pleasure to deal with (cool guy) as well as Martine who takes care of all the paperwork not to forget Yan who was a gentleman. If you want service and no pressure sale this is the place you want to go. I highly recommend and will definitely refer anyone looking for a VW to go see my new friends because that's how you feel dealing with them.

Always get super service at VW Lachute. Bought our car from Normand in 2017 and got a great car! All repairs done there even though we live over 80km away. The service department is staffed by Harry, also a super guy always ready to help. They really go the extra mile for service. And the friendly atmosphere is relaxing, you are treated like family there. Need a new car or repair for your VW, go and see the gang at VW Lachute!
