I wanted to test drive the 2021 Tiguan but was a little hesitant to go into the dealership. When I called, I was connected to Luis Oh and he immediately made me feel comfortable coming in and seeing the car. When I arrived on site, he was waiting for me and immediately made me feel comfortable. He walked me through the different options available on the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease. When we went for the test drive, he sat in the back and provided me with an overview of the features of the car while I drove. His approach was prefect; not too pushy but very informative. While we were out driving, he arranged for his team to look at my current car and calculate my potential trade in value. I appreciated this approach as this was the most efficient use of my time. By the time that I left, I had all the information I needed. Luis provided me with exceptional service. If you want to deal with a knowledgeable sales rep that is truly interested in making sure you have the best experience when buying a new car, ask for Luis Oh.

I purchased my 2020 Jetta last week and I love it. I worked with David - highly recommend. Had a great experience at this dealership. I highly recommend going to Navid, as he's experienced and is one of the most knowledgeable sales reps that I've encountered throughout years of leasing/financing cars. He'll welcome you from the beginning and makes sure that you get what you wanted and he's always providing great service even after the purchase.
Great experience. Got a used Atlas for our family and had a great experience dealing with Luis. Straightforward and transparent with everything. From scheduling our test drive appointment to picking it up, Luis organized everything and made the experience extremely easy and non-stressful. I am happy to give Luis a 5/5, but I am giving a 4/5 because when we got home we noticed that the detailing/cleaning missed some areas (found some old receipts under the mats and dried up leaves in the back). However; that’s not to say it wasn’t clean and ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend to any friends/family who are looking for their next car.
