Love going to Voila to get my lash extensions. I usually have lash extensions for most of the year and then do a lash lift and tint for the allergy season (I rub my eyes too much for extensions!). They are always friendly and professional. It's unfortunate the people who come on here to complain just to try and get free lashes. Voila has ALWAYS guaranteed their work. If you aren't happy, let them know right away and they will make it right. I've only ever had to take them up on this once because I lost a bunch of lashes in the first few days (likely because I had some oily residue on my lashes that didn't quite get washed off). They fit me back in just a few days later and fixed me up in no time. I also completely understand the need for having a credit card on file for a \hold\ deposit. If you don't show, they don't get paid! If you can't make it, just call them. The deposit is only for no-show or cancellation with no notice and it gets put towards your lashes when you do come in so you aren't out any money, pretty simple. COVID has hit small businesses like crazy, you'd think more people would be supportive of our local community, be accountable, take responsibility for their own actions and act like grown ups.

I didn’t like how I had to book online and pay for the full service before hand, as a first time client I was very uncomfortable paying for a full service without being able to talk to anyone from the salon. However, my initial experience was great, Leanne was a very friendly tech who was very cautious to make sure my fill was in the length and style I liked. After my hour and a half fill my lashes looked great. Unfortunately a week later I experienced extreme fall out on my left eye and had less than half of the fill left. I called and left the business a voicemail to book a fix appointment or even to sit down with Leanne and figure out what happened and they never got back to me. I waited a week and didn’t get call back. I was disappointed that paying 100 for lashes would only last me about a week. Poor business practices left me feeling like they don’t care about clients long term.
I had a horrible experience at this salon. I would STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere and would suggest against giving them your credit card info!
Had the worst lash lift and tint. They were great the first time we went there but the business practices and lash lifts have gone downhill. The lash lift kinked my lashes making them all crossed over, interweaving them and the curl was barely there. The tint was so light it was unnoticeable. When we left we had gunk peeling all over around our eyes, it was embarrassing. The tech said to just peel off as it loosened. Hopefully they figure things out and get back to doing good lifts/tints and better business practices.
Absolutely Excellent! my technician Sydni Kemper was super sweet, professional and passionate about her work. Will recommend any day!
