I was dealing with these guys for a couple of years and they really screwed me up with the CRA by filing everything wrong and not willing to correct their own mistakes unless I paid them ridiculous additional fees - they actually wanted me to pay them more money to fix their own mistakes. Most of the junior staff are incompetent and keep asking the same questions over and over while upper management does not supervise them at all and keeps billing unjustified hours. I always remained professional while this firm was rude and belittling. I’ve since left Vohora and moved to a much more competent and professional accounting firm where my work gets completed accurately and correctly. I would give zero stars if there was an option to.

I worked with this firm for close to a year and the experience was atrocious. I found their work was sloppy and riddled with errors prompting many questions and corrections. Compounding this negative experience was the astonishingly unprofessional, and actually rude, communication that would take place while trying to correct these mistakes - even going so far as to say that I should take an accounting course. This is ironic as I was the one double checking their work and pointing out the errors. In fact, several months of financial statements had to be redone including a GST claim of over 1000 that was omitted because of their erroneous assertion that it was not claimable. Needless to say, I have since moved onto another bookkeeper/accountant and the difference is obvious. Not only is the service superior but the cost is much lower as well. So clearly I cannot, with good conscience, recommend this firm to anyone in search of accounting services.
