I would like to thank the Vivo Team for helping us transform our organization. We identified a couple of key areas to develop and after a few short sessions noticed a big improvement among our group. The analytics allowed us to see where we started and the progress we made by the end of it. The Vivo Team did a fantastic job of communicating and preparing us for each session while making adaptions when it was needed. My favourite part of the Vivo Team Training was the connection it offered amongst all of the different teams. It encouraged positive communication inside the training tutorials but also provided the groundwork for the narrative to continue outside the sessions. This rapport opened up communication lines amongst peers who would otherwise not necessarily work together or communicate. Getting to know each on a deeper more open level created a healthier and happier work environment which lead to further team engagement - personally and professionally. Additionally, I also really enjoyed the Feedback and Feedforward self-assessment. It really helped me understand 'myself' at a greater level. Knowing that my Public Self is willing to self disclose and gives feedback and feedforward effectively is a point of pride and something I want to improve further. This awareness only encourages me to learn more about myself and what others need in order to truly hear you.
