I’m incredibly happy with the results of my treatment here! I had given up hoping for pain relief and now I’ve finally found it! It has given me a whole new outlook not having to cope with chronic pain. The staff were all very pleasant and the doctor who treated me was extremely competent yet personable at the same time. The place is very nice and spacious with comfortable seating. My only complaint is that I was given an appointment for 8 am and they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. I arrived a little earlier because I was dropped off. However, the doors weren’t opened until 5 minutes before 8 so I found myself waiting outside on a particularly cold day with a couple of other people. I think it would be courteous to advise patients of when the doors are actually opened first thing in the morning to avoid this from happening.

Thank you again Vivo Cura and Dr Burnham.. for helping on this set back on my lower back. As well in this hard time with Covic to find mental help to cope with this set back of my lower back, for sending me to Capri clinic.The sessions were wonderful help for my brain and also I learn to cope with chronic pain and be happy and smile look at life differently .. “the healing clinic was a wonderful help “ thanks I’m bless for the help I got .. keep up the good work of hope when you are injured. Front staff is super friendly and very focused on care !! The place feels less hospital-like and is modern. Patient care coordinators are always quick to follow up and I like how everything can be done over email and I can keep everything in my records and appointments automatically save to my phone through email. I like the treatment beds with the cutout face (every time I go in and am laying with my face in a pillow is hard to breathe and get up with a red face with lines all over at other places) Dr Deng is thorough and asks lots of questions about your condition and everything you've tried to better understand. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with and I love that this seems to be the only clinic in the city with reasonable wait times. Can't speak highly enough about my experience thus far. (Also the website is highly informative and simple to navigate) !!!

I have had chronic neck pain or over 3 years, and I've seen multiple physios with little improvement. Ashley and Dr. Burnham have been so helpful, and I've seen so much improvement. Ashley is a super knowledgeable physiotherapist, and he's a lot of fun to work with. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. The front desk staff (especially Robert!) are always so helpful and pleasant. Rica the MRT was so soothing when I was in a lot of pain during my PRP injections. I can't say enough good things about Vivo Cura.

Dr. Rob Burnham assisted me with shoulder pain management while waiting to get an MRI, which allowed me to use my arm. Once I had the MRI he and his team (Dr. Andruski, Dr. Smith and Colin Wasylynuk) reviewed my options and believed I was a candidate for PRP injection. Since getting my injections and 3 months of physio my shoulder is 80% - 90% better and I am able to do almost everything again. Without there help I would have little to no use of my arm. Great staff up front as well. They all take the time to walk you through everything and answer your questions and concerns!

General Physician here told me not a candidate for surgery after all their attempts failed. Went to new ortho-physio, sent me with 'urgent' referral to surgeon. I guess it all depends who you get.

This is a place when you have lost your faith in health care with the bad experience from other places, you can find a great understanding doctor and studies and process your plan of care of action with your pain. The best caring staff and treats you like a human person with care ... thank you Doctor Burnham.. thank you for your plan of action with my lower back..................... “Apple pie and IceCream !!!” “For now rest and thank you for your plan of care of action on my lower back !” I came back I got to meet doctor Clerk and he was a nice caring young doctor.. I have pain in my socket and he work with his wonderful knowledge also .. I have a serious issue and both doctor are caring. “pain is not easy, you need to be strong and work together with your doctors “
