Tried out Vivid Vans based on their google reviews. I had vivid vans perform some mechanical work. Once I got the van back I discovered several issues with the work done. Simple things that any mechanic who works on Vanagons professionally would not have overlooked. When these issues were brought up with the owner my calls and emails were ignored. I would not recommend this shop... beware.

Vancouver Island Vehicle is hands down the best shop to take your van to on the island and the only place I'll go to. Nathan easily knows more vans than anyone else on the island and his work is always superb. These guys are always more than happy to take on any job, they provide the best prices, and the quality of the work they do is always outstanding.
For all van lovers this is the place to go....Nathan’s service and knowledge is second to none. He has helped me with some great ideas upgrades etc....would highly recommend the service and expertise. Your first stop to better van life.
