-Terrible customer service -Stole my mask - gave me 1 instead of 2..likely to keep the profits for themselves. -Took several months to get my money back -Don't let you try a different mask -Called them to talk about these issues and they said it wasn't a big deal that they gave me a used mask
Very kind staff and despite the previous review, they were knowledgeable and helped me with my new CPAP supplies.
I have to say that I am disappointed with this store and have moved to another one. Always inpatient, and very poor hours. Walked in at 4:55 once, (time on their clock), and woman came out and yelled at me that they were closed. Done with that place.
For people that supposedly work in the CPAP field I was fed a lot of mis-information. I needed a new machine, and was told I would have to do a new sleep study first (true) but that they would get the results for the new pressure setting in a week after that (FALSE). I asked what would happen if my machine dies before I get the results and they just shrugged and 'guessed' they would have to loan me a machine! It also doesn't help when you mention Vital-Aire to your doctor and his first reaction is to grimace. From a business point of view, if a mask should be replaced every year, wouldn't you as a business call your client to remind them, and benefit from that sale? Or remind them that it's been over 2 years since their last sleep study? Even my eye doctor sends me a postcard reminding me if it's been a while since my last exam.
