Lovely space - calm and soothing atmosphere. The chair is quite comfortable. Accessible space for clients with mobility challenges. Rachel took the time to go over the service and products she was using to ensure I was well informed as I had never had a sugaring facial before. She was thorough and patient, extremely professional. I have recommended her to my friends and family and look forward to my next visit.

I went here for a lash lift and was very satisfied with the results! But she wasn't and asked me to return to, for free, for a re-lift. She told me that it should only last 4 weeks, but my lashes have been rocking for double that time right now. Rachel is very amiable; she can be comfortable quiet company if you don't want to chat (I had a long day before I saw her the first time) and is great to have a conversation with if you do (like my second visit!) I also appreciate her honesty even it it meant she's turning down business - I was interested in purchasing an additional service to her but she looked at my situation and said that I wouldn't benefit too much from it.

Highly recommend this place!! Rachel is amazing and her service was excellent. She is really kind, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns and explain everything to you. I am happy to recommend Rachel. She listened to me and addressed my concerns carefully. Her space is clean, contemporary and well set up. I also purchased some skin care products after my appointment which Rachel was happy to go over with me. Good experience all around.

Rachel is an absolute gem, she is so sweet and kind. I don't normally treat myself to facials and I am so glad I did. My skin never looked better! I will without a doubt be going back to her for more and maybe go even some other services! I definitely recommend the oxygen facial or pumpkin enzyme facial! Thank you so much Rachel!!
