Nothing but fantastic service from both Redd (on the phone) and Ting (in store). Been thinking about getting a mirrorless camera for a while now and they were both very knowledgeable, not only on the Sony a6000 which I picked up but the other product lines as well. I was thinking about trading in a camera against it and after the trade-in appraisal was told that I would most likely be better off selling it privately which I'll do. It was even suggested I go around the corner to McBain's and see what they'd offer for the trade in but after a bad experience there I tend to steer clear. I didn't find them to be pushy at all, and even had some decent recommendations. Both steered me away from the Sony external flashes for various reasons and recommended a better, more affordable solution should I go down that route. Second time making a purchase here, and was very pleased both times.
I enjoy shopping at Vistek Edmonton. Wes is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Whether I need an expert advice regarding photographic equipment, discover about current or future promotions, or simply to reserve an item of interest - I always can count on top notch customer service.

I've spoken to Wes and Emmet a couple of times over the phone and they were really helpful. I got a very clean 35mm f1.8 used lens from this store and im very happy with it. These guys go above and beyound to get your business. The only thing that would have been nice is if they had a location closer to south edmonton - or if they stayed open later. I often times want to come over after work - but with a 24 minute drive can't always make it on time for 5:30 pm unfortunately. Perhaps they can revise their hours to stay open until 6. I end up calling and going to McBains sometimes because of their location and opening hours.
