We worked with Virtuoso when we built our new house. They provided very detailed quotes and information about their arrays, and answered every question we had. We've never had solar panels before, so we had a lot of questions! I've been very happy with their follow-up, and all of the instructions about how to use the app to track how our panels are functioning. We're thrilled with our panels, and with our experience working with Virtuoso.

Virtuoso, has been excellent through out the whole process, working on a system that makes financial sense for our house. The team worked through issues like changing regulations, permitting and covid-19, all the while never putting pressure on our family. A lay out issue occurred due to the size of the roof, but they reworked the layout immediately and took care of the associated cost. Overall an excellent team that is quality through and through.
very professional technicians. even our community is called "solar ready". but there has no rough in PVC tube from roof to basement. they figured out drill hole through attic. awesome job
I was referred to Virtuoso Energy by our local Porsche dealer after purchasing a Taycan Turbo S. As this was my first electric car, Virtuoso answered my questions on charging, integration with my solar panels and showed me what upgrades they were going to have to do to my electrical panel. Virtuoso Energy arranged for the installation of my home charger and took care of the permits, management of the contractor and dealing with the City of Edmonton on rebates and the electrical inspection. Overall, the process was seamless and the installation work was excellent. They were clean, organized and made the installation look neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend them for any future work.
I cannot recommend Virtuoso enough, from the sales process to the install and commissioning everything was very smooth and professional. I never imagined getting a solar install would be so simple, Virtuoso handled everything inlcuding permits, rebates, everything. This company is going places, highly recommend.
