Got a new phone from Virgin on Jan 1st 2019. It wouldn't charge around spring time, so i took it in to be fixed. Around 4/5 months after it wouldn't charge again. I took it down to be fixed for the second time on December 30th, 2019 (still within my warranty) I asked the people at the store if it would be covered under my warrant and they said yes. A week later i get an email saying its not covered because by the time it took to ship my phone to the repair place it was passed Jan 1st 2020. WTF. The contract says if you bring your phone in before the year it will be covered...not by the time they deliver your phone to the factory.
the person in the store was nice. but virgin mobile sucks in general. expensive, and they sold me a phone that broke. they refused to give me a receipt which i needed for warranty, and would not fix my phone. i proved to them, in my account that they sold me the phone- but they refused to provide the type of receipt i needed for the warranty. i was a 4 year customer who has always paid bills on time. always unhappy with them. pick a different provider- i did
Don't use Virgin Mobile , rate is high. They are hacking me, I use the 50plan with 1 GB data only, they promised give you3GB data, but when I transfer to Freedom mobile ( 13GB data for only 50a month ) ,they give you the highest rate, and did not honor their 3GB, so over 1GB, The 2GB over, they charge almost 100 for the2 GB. Black shop, beware, don't use Virgin. Not honest. Expensive.
Freakishly hyper-efficient. Had exactly the plan I wanted in mind from the website, went in and got it in less than 15 minutes, no fuss, no upsell.
