I asked for an estimate for a heat pump replacement. They forgot the first appointment. It happens. For the second one, the representative came 4 hours late. I was still willing to give them a chance. After inspecting the heat pump he told me that I will get a quote within a few days. A month passed, no news from Virage Vert. If it is this hard to get a quote, what will happen for a warranty repair?
