So I had 6 quotes about two years ago for our home to replace all our windows. Long Life being one of them. To make a long story short it was THE BEST decision we ever made. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best for sure hands down! The owner came to measure almost immediately, listened to all concerns due to previous issues from vendors and assured me he would put his best and most experienced team on our home to do the project and he did. They did a beautiful job and everyone in the neighbourhood was knocking on our door wanting their number. Since then I had a tiny warranty issue on one window and made a simple call, the owner simply said \ no problem\, a email was sent and wheels were in motion and two men came yesterday and 10 minutes and I mean 10 min literally! it was replaced. They were so professional, courteous, and amazing! Truly, don't look anywhere else, these guys are amazing and have the reputation for a reason. Also there administration staff in Burnaby is amazing when I went to have my screens fixed. Thank you Zooey and staff. I have already handed out a bunch more of your business cards you gave me. THE BEST WINDOW COMPANY!!!!!!
