Went here looking for information on some E-Bike for my Dad, as a Father's Day Gift. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. Ryan (Store Manager) was truly amazing, he spend the time with my dad and I explaining everything about the bike, helping us make a decision and getting us the exact bike my dad wanted. The service we received is by far the best we have ever had. Ryan was professional and extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he has a passion for his work. Even after the sale we had some questions and he always took the time to help answer those questions and get the most out of our Bike. I would highly recommend you go talk to Ryan if you are in the market for a Bike. Thanks for making this a unforgettable experience!!!

Great customer service! Josh Sanford is a fantastic salesman and he knows his products well. I purchased a Super73 in early April and Josh and I still communicate to this day. The original bike I purchased had a problem with the brakes (not Vintage Iron’s fault) and instead of trying to get replacement parts in (which would mean I would have to wait 2-3 weeks) Josh decided to give me a whole new bike! He represents everything good in a salesman and if you are looking for an electric bike or scooter and want a fantastic, chill, and hassle-free experience look no further than Vintage Iron Cycles and North49Brands!

They are some of the coolest folks around town. I dropped by to test out the onewheel as these guys are one of the few places that have it on demo. All of the staff, especially Tom and Josh were super helpful and patient. At no point were they pushy during my 45 min stay. It was overall an awesome experience and I won't hesitate for a second recommending them to friends. Thanks again guys!

Extremely happy with my beautiful Ruffian. Ryan was a great help. He gave me lots of information, let me have test rides on different bikes, and there was no pressure to buy. I’ve been in many different stores before I came here. The biggest different from Vintage Iron E-Cycles and others are that they love what they’re doing; they’re super knowledgeable, and they have a great costumer service.
