Had the most amazing day doing a bike tour with vino velo! They were so nice and I loved the bike they gave me to ride. I could feel the stress melting away as we were lead though the gorgeous Niagara countryside. Steve and Marci were awesome and it was so great to be in such a small group compared the big tour groups we saw around. We had such a relaxing day and I can’t get over how comfortable and fun my bike was. Thanks for a great day!

Absolutely incredible service! So kind, caring and attentive. When the weather changed and we were unable to bike back, the owner without hesitation, came to pick us up. The self guided tour was incredible as we were provided with bikes that he customized to our heights, a detailed map and BRILLIANT customer service. Highly recommend and will do again for sure. The owner went above and beyond and surpassed any expectations we had.
I have so many good things to say about Steve and Vino Velo. My husband and I rented two bikes for a whole day to do our own tour and it was a great deal! He gave us the cutest bikes, baskets for each and a bike lock all for a great price. He cares about each individual's safety and offers pick up if needed for any reason. He also supports local businesses and gave us some great suggestions of places to stop along the way. Overall, a great person, company, and values. We will definitely be renting from here again!
This was our second year coming to Vino Velo for bike rentals to enjoy what NOTL has to offer. We're local, but this is a different way to enjoy the area. We've rented bikes from 2 other places nearby, but this is the one that will get my repeat business. The shop is conveniently located if you're looking to visit multiple popular wineries or breweries. And Steve is a great small business owner. He makes awesome suggestions to maximize your time and experience. He's very accommodating, super helpful, and you can tell he loves what he does. Rent from Steve!
