The experience was a complete 180 from the experience I received when calling their call centre earlier in the morning. They just tried to nickel and dime without offering any real solutions as I tried to replace a damaged phone, AND with a condescending tone. I decided to give the store a try and Alexandre saved the day. Incredible service! Just a suggestion, never mind getting help at a call centre. Go visit a store, interact with a human face to face, and you'll find that it makes all the difference. Merci Alexandre pour ton aide.
