Excellent service. I have been using them for years. I trust their deadlines and accuracy. As with any time sensitive service, you need to provide them with complete and accurate information. The negative reviews are probably from clients who did not do so, thus, delaying their work. I have used them for very serious cases and they are the best.
I made an order on the Wednesday. They supposedly got the audio the next day, I paid the full amount by transferring directly from my account into theirs. I was told that I would get the transcript on Sunday by e-mail and could pick it up first thing Monday. Never got the the transcript by e-mail. Called Monday morning and no one answered. Checked my e-mail and they sent me more e-mails about payment when in fact they got it. Eventually someone picked up. I was passed onto several people including the owner Kim Fess who then passed me back to the original person. I needed the transcript that day and obviously this was getting very stressful. Then they sent me another e-mail to pay them another 50 on top of the 183 for approx. 15 minutes of court time. I demanded my money back. They refused to return it. The original employee apologized agreeing that I deserved the money back. She then told her boss to take it off her pay and quit. They still haven't returned my money after two weeks. Always an excuse. I am considering legal action. This company has quit the bad reputation which is well deserved.
I wish I read the reviews before I emailed these people asking for help. Terrible customer service. They got the job done but I'm not overly impressed - right from the get go no one would answer my basic questions, I clearly laid out what I required but I was not listened to, I was told I needed something that I know I did not need and this concern was voiced by me but ignored.
This company told me they would have my order within 5 business days. After the process started and I sent them the etransfer they took 2 months to get me my transcripts(judicial review only took 2 weeks) They take advantage of people in need and deny the service they promised. Worst part is they told me they owed money and wrote on the invoice and I still haven't received the cheque. They hung up the phone on me as well. Do not use unless if you're willing to get bullied by people that know your weaknesses. I have been inside their office and seen the type of people that work here. Very unorganized and dirty place, the owner encourages this kind of behaviour and employees follow in her footsteps.
