Booked an appointment to go look at the Lincoln Aviator and when we showed up we were ignored for 20 minutes. We were the only customers there at that time, so it’s not like they were busy. When we did finally speak with someone, they were very friendly and helpful..... until we left. As we were getting ready to leave, they tried really hard to sell us a demo explorer instead of the Lincoln. We agreed to listen to their prices for both, which they said would take 45min to an hour, so they would email me the prices. It’s been 4 weeks and I never received an email. Today I called the Lincoln dealer in London, and they sent me prices within 10 minutes. Don’t want to drive to London to get a new vehicle, but they obviously want business more.

Let me start by saying that this dealership knows exactly how to cater to the customers needs. They are straight forward, honest and by far the most competitive on pricing (even when you compare to dealerships in competitive markets like GTA). They made my new car experience so seamless to a point that I felt I was working with someone down the street. Regardless of where you are, they will cater to your needs as they did for me. My recommendation to customers would be to do the due diligence in what you want and the price point you have in mind; just give them a call in the end with what you need and be transparent with them and witness the magic for yourself. Umar Hammoud was my sales representative and I highly recommend him however everyone involved in my process was extremely professional. I was so impressed with this dealership that I ended up getting another vehicle from them as well. They have made a lasting relationship with me which will last for a long time.

They go over and above to ensure you're their first priority. I had thought when my recall was performed and the new exhaust was put on that further up, the downpipe was not stable etc and was extremely close to disconnecting. However dealer was not performing that service repair, they're doing the recall service covered by Ford. But I thought they cut and was not rotted. So it took a month or so to get into the dealer, but still, they inspected, they explained in great detail and I finally understand why I have to pay. But everyone was calm cool collected and service manager explained and service advisor took me into the shop and showed me the issue and was great explaining. The service tech should get a raise and recognition for his WOW awesome customer service. Awesome topnotch place, nothing bad to ever say. Thanks Victory!!! Keith Haskell
