I had the worst and unprofessional experience ever. I had to drive 2 hours from Montréal to see a car that the internet communication consultant told me it’s available and booked an appointment with a salesperson. When I arrived there after long and exhausting trip, it turned there was a deposit made earlier even before I left Montréal. There was not even apologies for what happened when I got there. Also when I arrived there was a vary brutal and unprofessional welcome for a person who came from far distance. I strongly recommend anyone who lives far from this dealership to make sure hundred times that the car is available before leave your place.
