Bruce fixed several of my computers and my co-workers computers. I have met him in person and he has also done remote work. Bruce is professional and amazing! He is extremely informative and gets the work done very fast. Bruce does a lot of teaching and is always available to ask questions no matter what. Bruce made our computers work faster and more efficient. He's always a step ahead and tries to make it easy as possible. My computer was very slow and on the verge of a crash. It had not been serviced or cleaned and I was on the verge of loosing important data. Bruce updated my computer and did a smooth transferred of all my information. I appreciate his knowledge and skill! He got me up and running and my system is fast and efficient!
Bruce Menzies of Westcoast-computers.com is a very personable man who came to help me with my computer glitches and problems a couple of times, when I was at my wits end. I started going a bit wild trying to fix the problem/s myself and I lost a lot of files. He was patient and calm and clearly knew what he was doing so that I am now working quite happily with my system and not worrying that I am likely to trash important files or programs and lose all my existing information. Whew what a relief! Bruce responded to my calls for help very quickly and helped organize my system so it is more manageable. I am very grateful to have him on my list of people I can depend on, especially as I have had difficulty finding someone who will set up my system in a straightforward way.
