A fantastic resource for anyone wanting to pursue a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. Astonishingly, an order I placed first thing in the morning was delivered—free of charge within a certain distance of downtown Victoria—before 1:30pm the same day. Heck of a service.

If you are looking to transition to a Zero Waste lifestyle, you need to check out this shop with everything you need in household cleaning and personal care products, bulk ingredients to make your own products and all sorts of plastic free accessories like stainless steel and glass drinking straws, pot scrubbers made from roots, Swedish dish cloths, safety razors and so much more! I'm so happy I found West Coast Refill! Excellent high quality environmentally friendly products all made in Canada. I love that I can bring my own bottles in to be filled, making it much easier to reduce the unnecessary packaging. The prices are surprisingly low and I have already noticed how much money I've saved just in the last month. The owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly.
