I was initially given a lot of promises by Dr. Kittleson that he could address my neck and back issues - this being what he does for a living. He also said that my benefits would cover much or all of the 350 bill for his x-rays and initial consultation. As it turned out, despite having a great benefits plan, zero of the x-rays were covered and 2/3rds of the 1st visit was not either. That should have been my first real red flag. But I knew the subsequent visits would be mainly funded by my plan, so despite the initial costly set back (and the fact that the Dr showed zero remorse or any expression at all when I told him my benefits didn't cover the fees he said they would), I kept attending. I continued to experience no improvements whatsoever however. Instead I was regularly reassured that I wouldn't see results at first but that the adjustments would soon truly address my spine issue. After six sessions with either this type of feedback, or various long-winded explanations that never really answered my questions, he suddenly stated he could do nothing for me and even called himself a \one trick pony\. And that was that. About the only valuable thing Matthew gave me was the suggestion to practice the \Foundation training\ videos that are free on Youtube. (Even there, he at first said he had lots of such resources, but when I asked for more, he told me to do a Google search for back exercises). It's been almost 2 months since my last visit - I wanted to give more time to see if any latent improvements would happen. Sadly, there has been none in the slightest. On the scale of quackery to actual medicine, I'd put this practitioner's methods squarely in the first camp.

Dr K does an amazing job of keeping me upright and relatively pain free from various physical aliments than I have accumulated over the years. I have been seeing him since he started at UC Life and look forward for my regular 3 month adjustments.
