After buying a phone for my wife at Christmas, we decided on Koodo for the carrier. We then went to Tom Harris Tuscany Village to help with the setup of the new phone. Olivia met us with a smile, and setup the phone, transferred the pictures and contacts in minutes to the new phone. Paperwork was well prepared and done meticulously. Once home, I realized that the phone number needed to be ported over from the previous company. I phoned back and talked to Courtney to help with that. Even late in the day, she was extremely patient and helpful to get the phone number going. Many thanks to Olivia and Courtney!

I had a major problem by not being able to log in to our Koodo account so I could dispute a recent bill. I finally sent an email to the local Koodo outlet in Parksville and received a reply from Jason Rampanen, Regional Manager, Coastal BC within a couple of days. He made several suggestions which didn't work since I was unable to access my account online. After a follow up email, I was then contacted the same day by Courtney Bell, Manager of the Tuscany Village Store. What a delight do deal with someone as courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable as Courtney! She patiently worked through my connection and online issues and I now have online access again, a better plan and the knowledge that I will recommend Tom Harris Cellular to each and everyone of my friends, neighbours and business associates. My new phone arrives with simple set up instructions...anyone could follow...One week later and 7 phone calls to Apple IT \experts\ and still ...no one could transfer my data from my Android to the new iPhone XS. My last resort was to visit the always friendly staff at this location. I have always felt welcomed and leave with my problem solved. Today was no exception.. despite Covid restrictions to stay safe they have protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Both of the agents were super efficient polite and so knowledgeable. They were able to do my data transfer in a very short time. I will always return to this location and will recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you for your expertise and welcoming manner.
