I have been to this business twice. The first time they were closed for holidays at the end of August/beginning of September. No mention of this on their website. I emailed them to suggest they update their business hours on their website when they are planning to be closed for a long amount of time. Never heard back. The second time I went, I had a couple POA documents from an online kit for them to notarize. The lady at the front desk went to ask someone in another room if they could do this, and she returned stating that they couldn't and I would have to pay for a whole new POA document to be done there, without any further explanation. The online kit is from a reputable, well-known website, and another notary had no problem signing them for us. All in all, pretty frustrating experience, especially when you have walked there with a 3-month old baby.
