Great atmosphere, but it can get pretty loud. There was an old man that sat and played the accordion for everyone during dinner. Where else are you going to get that? They have big ol' boots of beer and schnitzel. Such a cool place. Sad that they're closing soon, but I guess the owners deserve some relaxation.

Going here is like going home for a wonderful warm inviting home cooked meal. Bran is the head guy there with magic in his ingredients. His weight staff are dressed in the German dresses with smiles and help ready at all times. Denis, my Hubby and I go there once a month without fail.. Hubby loves the draft beer and I love their coffee... foods we order are all so good... there are nights we can't make up our minds because everything on the menu is that good.. so we'll ask them to choose for us.. And Wha La !! a outstanding meal with gravy and sauces and herbs to die to for. Homemade and made with Love. Thank you to all you there.. Denis and Susan Brake
Excellent food at good prices (great prices if you order from the lunch menu). Cool atmosphere that you'd find in any 60's or 70's German restaurant. There aren't many like this around anymore, this is a real gem.
One of my favourite places to go for German Cuisine. It feels very authentic to what you may get in Germany. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is incredible. Highly recommend going there before they close for good!
Flawless. Food was amazing , simple yet every bite was perfect. Environment was quirky but you can't help but to get drawn into it. Must try place!
Amazing little "hole in the wall" place. Well priced. Excellent selection. And food like your Oma used to make. Old fashioned dessert coffees straight out of a German "Gasthof".
Rathskeller was top drawer! Location, ambiance, entertainment and food . So sorry to hear it closed.
Place seems cosy, good beer. Rouladen were terrible, with tough meat and little filling. Didn't stay long.
