We showed up 20 minutes before close with a very large balloon order that needed to be done tonight. Thankfully, they accommodated us and even though we were still there after they closed they took time to explain to us how to empty & reuse the balloons. Great customer service! And a very neat little store with lots of neat stuff! :)
Staff were super helpful. I went in a few days before my wife's birthday and ordered some things. They had everything ready at the counter on the day of her party. Everything was perfect
Love frequenting this store. It is my go-to for balloons, cards and party supplies. The staff are always so inviting and willing to help, something you get with a small locally started business and not a box store.
Excellent place for all party and decor needs. Very nicely laid out, spacious aisles. Had an interesting chat with the owner upon check-out. Lovely man.
Bought a drinking game and wrapping paper, birthday gift for sister-in-law's nephew. Turns out he doesn't drink so I brought the two items back the next day. Unopened with receipt. They would not return the funds, store credit or exchange only. Will never shop there again.
