Very disappointed, my mom bought a gas stove before Christmas, it finally arrived 2 weeks ago (not the issue) and no one would show up to hook it up, a service that my mom already paid Home Depot for, in spite of many calls and visits to the store, sleepless nights, 15 hours on the phone over the past 2 weeks, 3 no show appointments from the gas fitter at ResCom and now you won't take your stove back because she has had it more then 48 hours!! Shame on you. Edit: my mother refuses to have any more communication with Home Depot, her stomach does flips just thinking about having to deal with you again (she has been on the phone with every department and personally drove back to the store and spoke to someone in the department, she was left on hold numerous times, disconnected, no call backs, no apologies, and given misinformation) she has had to hire her own gas fitter to come hook up her stove, perhaps she will be able to get her new stove out the living room this week and into the kitchen where it belongs.

The customer service at this location was definitely below quality. The associate helping was not friendly or helpful in anyway. you would think that after purchasing a 1,000 item, better customer service would come into play

Always find what I want except Bosh tools, better selection on such at Lowe's. Otherwise it's as usual, a standard for home improvement and garden.
