The website had a major malfunction and I was ultra frustrated. After much back and forth/email they personally dealt with the order with the upmost patience. I know the site flaw is out of staff's control, so the customer service on the other end made up for the hassle. And the cookies are great.

Their cookies are perfect! A little crispy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside. We had a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with peanut butter ice cream and toasted marshmallows. We were so sad we found this place on our last day of vacation we would have gone every day had we known. Be careful this place is addicting!
They delivered fresh, warm, delicious cookies with ice cream to our apartment today at 9pm. Right at the beginning of the delivery window. They also included a note to my girlfriend which was wonderful. 5/5 best cookies in town.
I bought a half dozen in different flavours to sample and was impressed. The snickerdoodle is my fave! Super tasty, decent sized cookies. A tad bit pricey, but still fantastic. Crispy on the outside and chewy inside. Not overly sweet either, which I like.
So you pick your own cookie or cookies (yeah you can choose 2 different ones) then an ice cream they make to order (liquid nitrogen ice cream) and a topping. Individualized ice cream sandwich. Real good messy times for all. This was oatmeal chocolate chip and snickerdoodle with espresso ice cream and sprinkles. Check it out.
I love the cookies at the Cookie Guy! My favourite is Mini Egg (feature cookie around Easter time), Snickerdoodle and Chocolate chip. Have them delivered warm, it’s the best!! ️
The cookies are absolutely incredible. Every flavour is amazing, but my favourite has to be the Snickerdoodle. It has the perfect amount of sweetness, a little crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. They also offer delivery services, including late night services from Tuesday thru Saturday. If you’re craving something sweet, I highly recommend The Cookie Guy :)!
