Your regular bank branch. Not better, nor worse. Staff is usually helpful and polite, with only the occasional dude that is not (you get those everywhere). In general they get things done.

Such a great branch of TD!!! All the staff were happy and very friendly. Alicia Brown helped me rush a new company account together and was absolutely top notch in service and knowledge. Highly recommended

...so I get that with COVID, we need new safer protocols, so I totally understand you only allowing a few people in the branch at a time... So our banking visits are going to take longer. Fair. But then why the heck ALSO totally lessen your hours? Every time I've tried to visit in the last two weeks you're either closed or have a 30 minute wait. That's nuts, guys. I signed up for TD originally because you boasted the best customer service and the most open hours. What happened to 8-6, Mon-Sat? Is TD using the COVID situation to save money on staff or something? Why reduce hours simultaneously when COVID is already making wait times way longer? Disappointed.

Maybe you should consider having enough tellers to handle your customer load. This is insane. 2 tellers open 8 people in line. Why do I pay bank fees to stand in line? Moving to Tangerine
